How do I check my points balance?

We make it really simple to check your My Genting Points and ‘e-cash’ balance. All you need to do is insert your card into any Rewards Kiosk or Electronic Gaming terminal and follow the instructions on the touch screen.

You can also check these through the My Genting App.

Cashless Electronic Gaming

If you want to load your Genting Rewards card with ‘e-cash’, then it’s really easy! All you need to do is top up through the My Genting App or visit the Cash Desk or automatic cash out terminal to transfer it from cash to your My Genting Rewards card. Then, you can start playing on our slots or Electronic Gaming machines.

Cashing out via your My Genting Rewards Card

When you decide you want to cash-out after playing the slots or other Electronic Game, your money will automatically be transferred to your card. Simply go to the cashier at the Cash Desk and you will be paid out in the normal way as if you were cashing in tickets or chips.
