Do I have to be a member to enter the Casino?
You don’t have to be a member to visit Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford City you can simply walk in. However if you spend over £1000 the casino does require that you show photographic ID.

Entry to the casino is free

Is there a dress code for the casino?
At Aspers we like to welcome a wide variety of individuals – we believe it makes for a more inclusive and fun environment. We recognise that what our customers wear is very important to them – and to our other customers too.

We do, however, realise the importance of a dress code. Aspers prides itself on a smart appearance, with a stylish layout, great décor, lighting and furnishings designed to give you the best gaming experience. We believe our customers like to dress in a way that reflects our surroundings.

Our general dress code is Smart Casual – similar to most other venues like ours. Jeans and trainers are acceptable, but only if in good order and clean. Sorry, but flip flops and bare feet should be kept for the beach. Likewise for beach attire in general, such as swimming shorts. If you’ve been on a building site, or been working out, we ask that you freshen up before visiting. Although we do have a fantastic sports bar with 20 screens, please leave your football shirts at home. We like to hug hoodies, as long as they keep their hoods down, and our fashion police will be on the lookout for cut off jeans, vests without an over shirt and tracksuit bottoms.

Unless we’re holding a fancy dress event or party, best not to wear your Batman outfit, and if any of your clothing is ripped, please get it mended before visiting. If your clothes feature images, slogans or quotations, please make sure they’re of a pre-watershed nature.

We like to see your good looks, so please avoid any face coverings. We ask that you don’t wear baseball caps or other large hats on the gaming floor – so leave your ten-gallon hat in the cloakroom.

So, that’s it. Whatever you wear, do it with style, just like we do :)

What time do you open?
We are open 24 hours a day 364 days of the year (not open Christmas Day)  

Can anyone join the casino Aspire scheme?
Anyone that enters the casino is eligible to take part in the Aspire Reward scheme. Simply pick up your card from our Guest Relations desk when you visit the casino to start earning points straight away.
(to earn more points in more parts of the casino bring along photo ID and you will instantly jump up a tier!)

How old do you have to be to visit the casino?
You have to be 18 years of age or over to visit the casino however you will be asked for proof of age if you look under 21.

I am not sure how to play some of the games can I still play?
If you are unsure of the rules of any games our dedicated ‘It’s time to play’ area is the place to start. Here you can practice the games until you feel comfortable enough to play for real.

How to Locate us within Westfield
There are 3 separate entrances to Aspers Casino once you arrive at Westfield Stratford City.

‘The Street’ entrance
‘The Street’ as its called in Westfield is located over the main bridge. It is an outdoor shopping area of Westfield and is signposted clearly. Our entrance is directly opposite the Nike Store. Take the elevator to level 3 for direct access to the casino.

Car Park B entrance
If you drive to Westfield Stratford City please use Car Park B. Take the elevator to level 3 for direct access to the casino

Main Escalator entrances
The main entrance point to the casino can be located on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre within the food court. The escalators that lead up to the gaming floor are located opposite Nando’s and adjacent to Vue Cinema.

Are there car parking facilities at the casino?
Yes, please use Car Park B in Westfield and take the lift to level 3 for access direct to the casino.
